My new computer came with a trial version of Word, Excel and Powerpoint 2007.
There is no support from Microsoft for trial versions.
I purchased a Office Standared 2007 and installed it on my computer,
registered it, and verified my email address. However my computer still shows
the trial version is active.
How do I convert to the full-product version? The instructions that
Microsoft gives online do not work--I do not get a "trial expiration reminder
message" so I cannot start the conversion process. Do I have to wait until
the trial expires or should I delete the trial version and reinstall the
full-product?

Uninstall the trial version. (Ideally you should have done that first so
this may or may not work.)
