Converting from .Net 2003 to .Net 2005 using a dll?

We have several applications that are currently running wonderfully in
Production using .Net 2003 (ASPX.Net 1.1 and VB 2003) and we need to convert
to ASPX.Net 2.0 and VB 2005.

They are currently deployed on our servers and I've been tasked to try to
convert them to .Net 2005 across the board. First of course I want a copy
of what is currently running on the server, and we don't move the entire
projects over when we deploy, only the .aspx files and .dll's. From my
understanding I need the .vbproj files to convert. Can I convert using the
..dll's, and if so - how?

TIA,

Coleen
