Is there a way to save or convert the finished edited
movie projects (.mswmm) to mpeg. I am interested in
playing my edited movies in my DVD player and it won't
recognize the file when burned to a CD. My player is
capable of playing VCD's but not in the .mswmm format.

Any Help would be appreciated

See the CD Burning... and DVD Burning sections of

You need to save your movie as either DV-AVI or WMV and then use other
software to make the MPEG files and author/burn your discs.

The freeware TMPGenc can convert the wmv to mpeg, but you must first
rename the wmv extension to asf, which TMPGenc can open.
