converting frontpage to publisher?

I did a project in frontpage but the instructor wanted it
done in publisher. Is there anyway to convert a
frontpage htm document into a publisher document.

Not really, as you can open a html document in Publisher, however Publisher
will not understand any of the FP components/features.
