Basic forms are implemented in HTML, and don't require a scripting
language. I assume that you are using ASP under FrontPage to interface
a database of some sort (whether or not you are calling it that) to
your Web pages. I know of no "automatic" way of converting the code
behind forms from one of the ASP languages (presumably Visual Basic)
to php. However, you may be able to find a php "package" which does
what you want with only limited customisation.
