I am opening a text file (see thread: automate open text file) that has a
column with the Excel integer date format, the ones like this: 38855.
What is the easiest way to convert this in Access to a date like this:
dd/mm/yyyy?
Thanks for any advice.

Figured this out now. Go into design view, selec the field and put
dd/mm/yyyy in the format edit box.
