Converting to 07 and lost my admins rights

I designed an access 2003 db (xp) with user level permissions and the world
was great as I was the db owner, I switched laptops using vista and and
Access 07, When I try to convert the db to 07 I get the message that I need
to get adminstrator right to access my the forms and macros, I have tried to
import to a new db but it still says I dont have any rights, I tried to
change the db owner to me but I dont have the rights???????? ugh!!!! I tried
to disconnect 03 back to system.mdw but that doesnt help either, is their
something I am missing?
