Since converting my fat32 to ntfs, my computer boots

356 meg of ram. Any suggestions?

First off, did you defrag after the conversion? If not, you should. That may
solve the problem.

For another, you might be stuck in the 512 KB cluster size problem. I
suggest you read the following two articles by MVP Alex Nichol:
http://aumha.org/win5/a/ntfs.htm
http://aumha.org/win5/a/ntfscvt.htm
(especially the second one).
