Convert Traditional Chinese into Simplified Chinese in Outlook

Would really appreciate if there is any advice on converting tradtional
Chinese characters into Simplifiied characters in Outlook 2007. I can only
type tradtional Chinese characters in a word doc, then convert them and paste
them to the outlook mail. But this looks very absurd and not a smart way to
do that...
Best, thank for any better advice...
