How to convert time to decimal

hi guys..
can you please tell me how to convert 56:36 (addition of daily times in
column) to a decimal format which can be multiplied by hourly salary rate?

's Computer Specifications

Multiply by 24

=Hours*24*payrate

format as general or currency
