This would require a PDF writing application on your pc. Then it is
generally a matter of selecting the pdf "printer" as the destination for
printing your SNP file.

When I attempt to do this using Adobe Acrobat v6.0 standard I get an error
message "not a supported file type" and the operation fails.

So, you have the SNP file open and you are attempting to print it to the PDF
writer and it is failing? If this is so, I would try printing to the PDF
from other programs to narrow the issue.

i figured it out. you have to open snapshot.exe first, then open the snp file
and then it will print to pdf.

James:

If you want to automate output of your access reports to PDF files, then
take a look at our PDF and Mail Library for Access, which supports Acrobat
6, so that you can go straight from Access to PDF files. You'll find it in
the developer tools area of our web.
