ColdFusion is a tag-based "server-scripting" language, much like ASP or
ASP.Net. With server scripting, you can interact with databases, and manage
dynamic information on your website's pages in ways that you cannot do with
plain HTML.
*IF* FP would provide the functionality encoded in the CF pages, and *IF*
you understood CF well enough to translate the functionality from CF to ASP,
then you could just do that translation.
If either of these criteria do not obtain, then you will either *not* be
able to convert the site back to FP, or you would have to involve the
assistance of some 3rd party to assist you.
