My outlook PST file convert to outlook express DBX file
(Apparently by people who don't know enough).
The problem is that using outlook express a lot of the
Contact information is missing.
I have two questions
1. Is it possible to convert DBX back to PST/PAB
2. Does the missing information lost forever.

2) When you don't have the original anymore; Yes, since it''s not a
conversion but an import/export

Yes Dear It is possible to convert Outlook Express DBX to Outlook PST
you can use third party tool (SysTools Outlook Express Restore)
you can also repair/recover your Outlook Express DBX/emails with the help of this tool
