Is it possible to email a large PP presentation? Can you convert it to a zip
file?

Winzip will convert it either to one or several zip files.

http://www.winzip.com

You might also want to look at reducing the file size of the ppt file first.
Turn off "fast save " if its on!
Lots of pictures > picture toolbar > compress pictures (web/screen setting)
Lots of sounds > reduce the quality or convert to mp3

Did that answer the question / help?

Usually there are limits placed by your/the recipient's email providers on the
maximum size of any single email and of the amount of stuff you can have in your
inbox at a time.

If you exceed any of those limits, then you won't be able to send the file by
email. Otherwise, no problem.

Yes, but unless you're using a VERY old version of PPT, it's already
well-compressed. Zipping doesn't usually shrink PPT files much.

This has some further suggestions for putting your PPTs on the Weight Watcher
plan:

Why are my PowerPoint files so big? What can I do about it?
