It depends on what you mean by "text from the slides". If you were a good
user <g> and put your text in placeholders, you can export that text to Word
(Send To in the File menu... Outline option). If you used manual text boxes,
WordArt, graphics of text, I don't know of a way.

You can try this macro to extract notes...

Or you can, once again, use the Send To feature in the File menu to send it
to Word. Choose the option that is Notes below the slides. You can then
delete the slides if you don't want them.

You may have to use your Word skills to bring both elements together.
