While there are programs that claim to be able to convert PDFs back into PPTs,
and while they're getting better and better from what I've seen, I still
wouldn't plan to do this as part of your regular workflow.

PDF to PPT conversions are unlikely to give you the same PPT as you started with
to make the PDF in the first place.
