Convert to PDF button missing

I have a user who's Convert to PDF button is missing in Word. Anyone know how
I can get this back for her? They have Word XP Acro Professional 7.0. This
had worked previously...did a reinstall and now it's gone. Nothing shows up
the the Help/About -Disabled items area and the plug-in is checked in the
templates/plug-ins section.
