convert password protected ms access 2.0 data base to access 200.

We need to convert access 2.0 to access 2000 whenever we try to open db it
says user doesent have right to open or convert it to current version,
Please Its very important for us to convert this data base ..

You need to join the workgroup file that was used to secure the 2.0 database
(I believe it would have a mda extension). Then you'd login and convert.

However, I'm not sure whether this would be so straight forward. You'd be
better off opening it in 2.0 and unsecuring it. Then convert it.
