I have a client who is using an older Outlook 97-2000 .pst hooked to a POP3
account. They are running into the 2gb limit. Can someone point me to
instructions that I can forward to them so they can convert that .pst to a
2003 format and get past this limit?

can't convert, instead, create a new .pst file in the new format and move
messages from old one to it.
