I don't follow you. Are you saying to have them in some folder that I
navigate to and "open with" Outlook? I don't want outlook looking at them
all the time. It is a slow monster that takes over the computer.
I read that I cold covert to pdf with my Acrobat Pro, but for some reason my
"create pdf" does not show up in Outlook.
