How to convert Outlook EML files to RFC 2822 and RFC 2045 through RFC 2049 Formats

Hi All

I want to convert OUTLOOK .EML files to conform to
Internet Email format standards as defined in: RFC 2822 and RFC 2045
through RFC 2049 in c#
I have used "REDEMPTION" dll (http://www.dimastr.com/)
to convert the messages to conform to RFC 822 but i dont know how i can
get the messages to conform to the other standards

Whats the best way to accomplish this
Any help would be appericiated
