How to convert Outlook 2002 to 2007 (larger .pst file capacity)

I am currently running Outlook 2003 (though I am using an older 2002 .pst
file format imported at an earlier date) and am looking to upgrade to my new
Vista 32-bit format Outlook program. I would like to transfer all my files,
contacts, calendar, notes, etc from the smaller 2GB-bound .pst format to the
new larger 20GB .pst file format. I have searched these posts and not found a
clear answer. Any specific clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.

Pretty straightforward:
1. Create a new data file in Outlook 2007.
2. Copy the data from your old file into the new one.

Thank you for your reply. Can you clarify how I may perform step 2 on your
list? How do I just "copy the data from your old file into the new one?" Do I
have to manually enter each contact, appointment, etc? or is there a method
that this can be automatically entered?

Open the older .pst file in Outlook after you have created the new one. Drag and drop from the old folders to the new Outlook data file you created. For the calendar, display the old calendar in a table view (by category works well), select all and right click and drag to the new calendar FOLDER, and select your option, copy or move.

You can actually use any of the standard methods you normally would to
transfer data from one folder to another:
1. Drag and Drop
2. Copy and Paste
3. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy to Folder...
Just use whichever one you're most comfortable with (and will make the
fewest mistakes with).
