I have trialled 2007 Office Pro and built up a large info base in Outlook.
The trial has expired and I only want to purchase Outlook, which I have done.
If I do this, will the info in my trial Ouloook be moved to my new Outlook
once I have downloaded the purchased version

The files (pst) will not be deleted when you uninstall the Office Trial. It is
always prudent to back them (pst) up.

Uninstall your Trial version of Office including Outlook that is in there. The
install your retail version of Outlook and put your pst files in there as per the
link below

Yes. The new installation of outlook will use the outlook profile you have
now. You should make a copy of the pst just in case something goes wrong.
File location for the pst is listed here:

The OP shouldn't need to do anything other than to make a backup as a
precaution. the new installation of Outlook should automatically pick up the
mail profile and the existing pst file...

Download generally means download from the internet, Install means install
from cd/dvd

No you didn't - fourth line:#
Quote: install your retail version of Outlook and put your pst files in
there as per the
link below
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm Unquote.

The OP doesn't have to PUT pst files anywhere - the new install should
AUTOMATICALLY recognise and use the existing pst file.
