Abdul,
Here's a VB/VBA solution; I can't you with the Arabic, but it may just a
case of substituting the correct words. (And make it right-to-left, instead
of left-to right ??)

I have already this Function with me, which will convert numbers to
English language

But Arabic is entirely different in all the way. It is not just a
matter of right to left.

Well, you will have to find an Arabic speaking VB'er, otherwise there's not
much we can do.
