Is there a quick way to convert a partition from FAT32 to NTSF on a Window
2003 server without destroying the data on the partition?

Can I do it while applications are running on the partition? I know dumb
question but I thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks for any input!

Yes. When you click Start/Help and type NTFS, it will tell
you to run convert.exe.

No. The system will insist on a reboot.
