Is there any third party program partition program that convert NTSF
partition to FAT 32 partition. Since I got upgrade to win2000, it gave
all kind of problem which never had in win98. Trying to solve win2000
program like virus
and incompatibality require alots of time which I can't afford. I have
to go
back to win98. NOw I'm stucked. I can't reformat HD because I can't
lose
file. This is why I need a Partition converting program from NTFA to
FAT32.
Microsoft website suggests there is no third party convertion program.
Win2000 is really bad. Imagine winXP problem....

Converting the file system won't fix the corruption problems you experience
as a result of doing an upgrade. NTFS is the native file system of Windows
2000.

As to how; you'll need to use a tool like Partition Magic
