Hi, microsoft Experts,

I have a HP notebook with Window XP O/S preloaded at
factory. I want to save music file in SMF- standard MIDI
file format to use in my old desktop with WIN98 MIDI
player. All the files saved in .WAV format and cannot be
open/autoplay with win98 media player.
Please help with your professional opinion how to convert
the WAV. music file to MIDI file .mid.
I desperately contact HP for a solution with their XP
Window Media Player but IT is impossible to contact them
by phone.
Again, any suggestion for me to make .WAV file into MIDI
file email to me will be greatly appreciated.
