GX::Transcoder http://www.germanixsoft.de/
mov did not appear in the "supported formats"-list, it worked anyway.

I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that you can also do this with
VirtualDub [freeware]. See how to at already-mentioned videohelp.com
site.

I think you may have to use the VirtualDubMod for this.
