Is there any way to convert or direct copy messages and attachments from
Outlook 2010 (Technical Prewiev) to stable Outlook 2007?

Does 2010 use pst files?

Seems yes because its located in
username/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook/(E-Mail Removed)
and say "outlook data file"

sorry Located on "C:\Users\user\Documents\Outlook Files\(E-Mail Removed)"
so excatly pst file..

Then just open the pst file in Outlook 2007....

I tried it just now for 4-5 messages. Messages is ok but no attachment files
... Any idea?

Sounds like you use export and import in a non-native file format.
Simply reconnect the original pst-file via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
