Hello all,

I am relatively new to this but I am at the beginning stages of building an Access database and found that most of the information about employees can be ported in from a SQL database.

Some info: I am using Access 2003
SQL: 2005

I read somewhere to convert from an mdb to adp use the upsizing wizard in Access. Can someone explain how this works? And why linking a SQL table will not work if your table happens to be a SQL view?

Any help and/or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
