You can't, since each regional language version of MSO products is unique to that language

Look, you gotta add something to the subject line when you
come back with one of those zingers.
My cat loves to sleep on my lap when I'm on-line and it gets
really painful when I snort a mouthful of water or coffee all
over him.
One of the other "groups" I lurk adds a C&C at the end
of the subject for a little warning.
C&C = Cats and Coffee
I really don't want to stop clicking on your
