Convert from eVB to VB.NET?

's Computer Specifications

Dear all,
is there any utilities to convert my eVB project into
VB.NET in VS.NET 2003?

if no, is it a pain to manually convert my eVB project
(means re-write the whole project)?

There is a tool to help convert the UI (from GUI Innovations I believe), but
otherwise you'll have to do a full, manual rewrite.
