Hi all,

I try to convert a database in Access 97 version to 2003 version.
First I converted the database to 2003 version, but when I try to make the
MDE file, the following error message showed up:

“You cannot create a ME Reporting ADE or MDE file from a database saved in ME
Reporting 2000 format.

Convert the database to the current version of ME Reporting. Then create
the ADE or MDE file.”

My question is: how to “convert the database to the current version of ME
Reporting”?
Is it means that in 2003 version, Access no longer using “ME.*”, such as
“ME.refresh” or “ME.requery” any more???

Please also advise me any other issues you encounter when you convert from
97 to 2003. Many many thanks!!!
