How to convert APE/ FLAC to MP3
http://www.softe.net/eufony_help/convert-flac-mp3.php

You can use Eufony to play digital audio/video files that are in your
MP3 Player, or on your computer. Have you ever spent the time
obtaining an album or concert that you sought after, only to find out
that the files are all in FLAC format? FLAC stands for Free Lossless
Audio Codec, a leading compression technique that preserves original
audio quality while reducing file size. The FLAC format reduces the
original file size by roughly 30-60% with no loss of quality, hence
FLAC is a lossless format. FLAC is cross platform, unlike APE. APE is
Monkey's Audio Lossless Audio Compression Format. The APE file format
can give about 50% compression without loss in quality. Now you want
to convert the FLAC files to MP3. MP3 files are very popular and are
supported by pretty much all media players. They are also much smaller
in size, allowing more music to be stored on a computer or MP3 player.

Follow the steps below to convert APE/ FLAC files to MP3.

Converting APE/ FLAC to MP3 using Eufony Audio Converter
http://www.softe.net/audio_converter.php

After launch Eufony, In the folders pane, click on the folder contains
APE/ FLAC files you want to convert to MP3.
In the file list pane, select one or more APE/ FLAC files.
Right click on the selected APE/ FLAC files to bring up the context
menu and select Convert.
In the Audio Format Conversion window, select MP3 from the Output-
>Format list.

If you want to change the output quality, select the Custom radio
button. (optional)
The default MP3 encoding bitrate will be 128kbps. You can change the
bitrate to 320 kbps which is the highest available for MP3 44.1khz
stereo. It will give you the best quality possible from your APE/ FLAC
files. However the higher the bitrate you encode the bigger the file
size will be.
If you want to change the destination folder for MP3, click on the
Browse icon button to change. (optional)
Click Convert to start converting.
