You wouldn't want to convert the text to an image, since that would a) make
your page much heavier, and therefore slower to fetch, and b) would remove
that text from consideration by search engines in ranking your page.
Unfortunately, you either have to grin and bear it, or redesign your page so
that it can accommodate text being resized.
