Yes it was because it recommended completely unnecessary actions. One
doesn't amputate a foot because one has a hangnail.

However, importing loses data and one doesn't need a new profile in order to
attach a new PST. In fact, if the Exchange server is gone, but one's
Exchange account is still defined in the profile, creating a new mail
profile would ELIMINATE the ability to copy the data in the OST to a PST.
