Conversion error from Crystal to Excel

I am converting my Crystal Report V.9 to Excel but I get this Error message "Temp_33a312c5-5542-42c7-a154-7a51cd8ee9db.rpt: Error detected by export DLL:". I successfully converted .pdf & .txt files, it happens in Win7 OS but we are successful in other Win OS.
