Conversation history no longer viewable

Anyone running into a problem not being able to view conversation histories
any more? I'm getting "The XML page cannot be displayed" message along with
"Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and
then click the Refresh button, or try again later."

There's a partial message below that saying "The system cannot locate the
resource specified. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Documents and
Settings/rwarren/My Doc..." but it's truncated before it can tell me what it
really can't find.

I changed the directory for saved conversations and the messagelog.xsl gets
created in the new directory, same as the old directory, so I'm presuming
that's not what it can't find since the XML logs refer to it.

Any suggestions?
