Controls resizes in a derived form

Hi,
I have controls in a base form (frmBase), out of which a button has been
anchored to top and right and a grid has been anchored to top, left right
and bottom. Using visual inheritance, I inherit frmBase into another form
(frmInherit). If frmInherit form's size is increased, the button moves out
of range of the frmInherit form outline and the grid goes on to the right
and bottom. This movement and resizing of controls occurs only if the anchor
is set to right and bottom.
If frmInherit form's size is decreased, then the button moves off to the
left range and the grid size deceases.
Can any one help.. Thanks in advance.
