Controls and labels change size when clicked

This describes an issue I've been having with command buttons.

I log in to Excel via a Citrix server and have two screens in the office, so
the screen resolution is up and down all over the place.

However, it was fixed with SP1 and I'm using Excel 2003 SP2.

Additionally, sometimes the button stays the right size but the text label
button shrinks stepwise each time I click the button, and this isn't
described in the KB article.

Is this a separate glitch, or is it related? Would the manual hotfix work I
wonder?

I should add that resizing the button returns the text size to normal.
