I can activate Windows Desktop Search with:

Set wshshell = CreateObject("Shell.Application")
wshshell.findfiles

How can I now command WDS to bring up the Search Companion (usually a simple
mouse click)?

or alternatively

How can I bring up Search Companion directly without first activating WDS??

Hi Kelly:

Sadly, my Teacher is no longer with us. Perhaps I could be your Student (at
least in this one instance)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
