Controlling printing and URL's from Outlook

I must have altered the wrong font size somewhere, because now, every time I
print a page or email from MS Outlook, the print size is about 26 to 30 point
in size! I have gone through every option/preference I can find, but I can't
get the prited email in a reasonable size. Help!

Also, since this development, when I click on a URL from an email, it now
opens up on a new tab, instead of the internet page I was on. Why?

Thanks in advance,
Jay
