I cannot find a "move to back"/"move to front" option on line graphs. Is
there a to control which line is the line on top (most forward) in a line
graph? Does it involve the order in which I select my data series? Is
there a secret line placement feature that I can't seem to find? Any
assistance is welcome.

Format the series, series order. This order controls which line goes on top
