First, make sure your dual NIC machine isn't running ICS.
Second, pick 192.168.*.* IP numbers for your local machines. This
range of addresses will not route on the internet.
The best solution is to buy a router. Most routers have configurable
filters which can be set to allow or disallow access to internet by
individual computers. It would then give you the instant flexibility
to choose which machines connect at any one time.
