Control Panel Problem

I have two exact same Network Connection icons in my control panel can
anyone tell me why? Both are the same when I open them they both take me to
my local area connection. I only have one connection and am not sure why
this displays twice. When I do a search for my *.cpl files it only finds one
network file. I have servive packed windows, I have unistalled and
re-installed network adapters and even re-installed windows overtop of my
existing installation and nothing changes. In the Tweak Power Toy for XP it
doesn't give me the option of checking or unchecking that icon either. Is
there anything else that I should try do here?
