Control Panel pops unexpectedly

Hi,

I run XP with Sp3. Recently I noticed the Control Panel was popped up
unexpectedly by itself. What could be the problem?

I'm having the same problem. I have disabled programs in the startup but
nothing is working, and it's a pain!
