I have Windows XP Home Edition. After starting Control
Panel and Add New Programs, I am getting a error

RUNDLL: rundll32.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x6c1c7207" referenced memory
at "0x000000014". The memory could not be "read".

There is another window showing a message saying

Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to
close.

Also, When going to Change or Remove programs, I am not
getting a list of applications installed on my machine.

This happened after I uninstalled some application which I
do not remember what it was. I used the automatic
uninstall wizard.

Only three people seem to have had this error. No solutions that I know of. Reinstall XP over itself.
