Help! I have been on the phone with Microsoft for three
hours and they cannot solve my problem. I cannot install
new fonts into my font folder because it gives me an
error message (not responding). I ran chkdsk with
microsoft, reinstalled system software, checked for
viruses, etc. Microsoft is referring me to their
research dpt and they are calling me back on Monday to
try and solve this problem. I've accessed this folder in
the past, installed new fonts, and never had a problem
until now.

Select F and scroll to Fonts.
