control/Mouse wheel/bigger fonts

I used to be able to hold down the control key and move the mouse wheel to
get printing on pages to become bigger. I can't do it now and some of them
are unreadable. Can you help please

If you mean while using Internet Explorer, then use View-Text Size to
alter the text size.

Thanks, it worked in Explorer but I'm not using it. I am using AOL and
answering mail from Amazon. There is a form to fill out and it is teeny tiny
and I can't read it! Even clicking on the enlarge button doesn't work. :-(
