This just randomly started today when I started my computer up.

Before, I could open a web page with a control like a flash application and
it would start automatically. Now when I load a page with a control, a box
forms around the control and when I move my mouse over it, it says "Click to
activate and use this control." When I click it, it is normal, but ever time
I go back to the page, it happens again. This gets very irritating.

Is there a setting I can change to make it like it used to be?
